Plenty of feedback options at Warwick Hospital
We asked the hospital what patients should do to provide feedback or make a complaint about the care they received.
Warwick hospital's director of nursing Anita Bolton said that posters and brochures to capture consumer feedback have been spread around the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service facilities.
She said feedback boxes also had been installed around the Warwick Hospital campus.
These boxes, along with the brochures, are located in the emergency department, the wards, the specialist outpatient clinic, allied health and mental health areas.
Patients could also hand completed brochures directly to staff members, or submit them to the consumer liaison office.
Ms Bolton said the feedback brochures were collected twice a week.
She said the hospital was considering placing feedback brochures on bedside tables and to further remind staff to highlight and explain how consumers, or their representatives, can provide their feedback.
