Police issue tickets in aftermath of erratic driving claims

WALLANGARRA police have praised members of the public who provided information about a man allegedly driving a vehicle erratically on February 11 on Rockwell and Barawell streets at Wallangarra.

The information led police to issue the 19-year-old man from Ballandean with infringement notices for fail to display P plates and fail to have proper control of a vehicle

Sergeant Alan Baker, of Wallangarra police, said he received a number of complaints about the man allegedly driving an old model green Ford Laser erratically between 3-5pm on February 11.

"Thanks to the people who contacted police about the man's erratic driving,” he said.

Police issued the tickets to the Ballandean man on Sunday.
