Police pinch illegal drivers on Warwick roads

DRUGS and unlicensed drivers have kept Warwick police busy as the patrolled streets today.

Two Warwick men have been charged with separate driving-related offences.

Police seized number plates of a 27-year-old Warwick man, who was caught driving without a licence on Locke St this morning.

The man was intercepted by police at 9:30am.

He has been issued with a notice to appear at the Warwick Magistrates Court.

At 12:25 pm, a second man was caught driving under the influence of drugs.

Police intercepted the unlawful driver on Wood St.

Seargent Shane Reid said the 25-year-old Warwick man was issued with a notice to appear at the Warwick Magistrates Court.
