Potter Blue first at St Mary's athletics
ATHLETICS: Potter Blue House won two of the major trophies at the St Mary's School Sports on Monday.
Potter won the overall aggregate and field events trophy.
Kelly Gold won the relay trophy and Rooney Red was best at ball games.
The two trophies in memory of the late Robin Miller were presented. Morgan O'Leary won the Robin Miller Shield/Medallion for the 11-year-old for the highest aggregate.
The fastest time for a six-year-old was won by Noah Locke with 11.9 seconds for 60m.
Students from St Mary's have the chance to qualify for the Southern Downs athletics carnival at Allora on August 10 and then the Darling Downs regional championships on August 28.
No records were broken at the annual carnival which was held at Hamilton Oval at Warwick State High School.
