Potter wins two trophies in St Mary's sports
ATHLETICS: Potter House won two of the trophies and Rooney one at the annual St Mary's School athletics carnival.
This year's athletics was held over two days, one day at the school and one day at Hamilton Oval.
St Mary's School will be represented at the Southern Downs 10-12 years athletics carnival at Allora on August 11 which will be a selection trial for the district team.
The Southern Downs team will then compete in the Darling Downs championships and students will get the chance to vie for the regional team.

11yr Boy: Ryan Fischer, runner-up: Bevan Costello. 11yr Girl: Abbey Monckton, runner-up: Lesleigh Vincent. 12yr Boy: Matthew Watt and Harry Bange, runner-up: Glen Jhon Cruda. 12yr Girl: Mackenzie Rutledge, runner-up: Bridget Hardy.
