Pottering for presents

FINDING that special, one-off gift has always been a challenge during the festive season - until now.

The Warwick Potters have been hard at work, pottering about like Santa's elves to create unique gifts for their Christmas Store.

Featuring a range of locally handcrafted gifts, the Christmas Store will open tomorrow at the Potters House on Horsman Rd.

Warwick Potter Raye Batham said all the gifts were made with love and were available for a very reasonable price.

"We welcome people to come and browse the range of gifts," she said.

"There are unique, unusual gifts such as wood- work, pottery and clocks.

"Every gift is a one-off item - orders can be taken."

The Christmas Store will be open each Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 4pm until December 20. The Potters House is located opposite Warwick Christian College.

For those wanting to browse the range of gifts after-hours, phone Raye on 0402 307 637.
