STEPPING away from digital screens the Warwick based art group an instalment of hand made images.
The Portals Threshold and Boundaries exhibition will promote print making to the community.
The Cattledog Printmakers are a group of 11 artist from the region, who are part of the Warwick Art group.
Each artist uses a range of print making techniques to illustrate their own interpretation of the theme Cattledog Coordinator and Warwick Art Group President Jill Birtwistle said.
"We work with lino print, lithographs, collagraphs and stamping.
"We're lucky to have a printing press machine in the studio to create our work,” Ms Birtwistle said.
This will be the first time the group is featuring at the Warwick Art Gallery and will be joined by work from Brisbane artist Clinton Baker.
Mr Baker will also be hosting introduction to screen printing workshops at the Warwick Art Group studio in July.
The group created a collaborative piece which can be seen in the gallery foyer along with 11 individual works from the amateur artists.
The main display is an arch way portal, with each artist having one or two squares to decorate with their own interpretation.
The portal is made up with a mix of past a new images from a range of printmaking techniques.
Ms Birtwistle said it will be nerving having strangers see their designs.
"It's nerve recking but we hope it introduces people to printmaking and encourages them to try something new,” she said.
The exhibition is currently being shown in the gallery foyer and will be on display for a month.
