Southern Downs Realty goes red on Day for Daniel

SOUTHERN Downs Realty will host a Day for Daniel bowls fundraiser in October.

Sales consultant Tiffany Cruice said proceeds from the bowls day on October 31 would go towards the Daniel Morcombe Foundation, which assists in child safety in the community.

"Southern Downs Realty likes to do something each year for the community," Mrs Cruice said.

"This year we chose to support Day for Daniel.

"I had read the book (Where is Daniel?) and really admire what the foundation does.

"We're trying to include businesses around Warwick. They can join a team or enter their own team and everyone within our office is supporting and contributing to the event."

For $25 each person, teams of up to four players can join the day of bowls at the Southern Cross Bowls Club from midday on Saturday, October 31. Tickets include finger food and there will be raffles going on the day.

"We would like everyone to wear red on the day or they can buy a shirt from the Daniel Morcombe Foundation website," Mrs Cruice said. To play and support the Daniel Morcombe Foundation, phone Tiffany on 0447 301 903. For more information on the foundation, go to danielmorcombe.com.au.
