Redbacks men's game now at earlier time

AUSSIE RULES: Warwick Redbacks fans won't have to wait around at Warwick Credit Union Oval on Saturday for the men's game.

The time for the game has been brought forward to 1.30pm.

The Lockyer Valley and Warwick combined women's game against South Burnett is at 11.50am and Warwick will play Dalby in the game between the top-two men's teams in division 2 at 1.30pm.

Captain Andrew Bardsley said Dalby were the team Warwick needed to match themselves against.

"Dalby is the toughest team to beat,” Bardsley said.

"We should be almost at full strength for the game against Dalby. Brent Walker is the only player in doubt with a hamstring injury.”

Bardsley and Kris Millard will both return from injury.

Bardsley will be taking the game on Saturday with great seriousness as he wants Warwick to win the minor premiership and secure the rights to host the major semi final.

"If we are minor premiers and win the major semi final, we get a week off in the finals,” he said.

"We want to stay on top in division 2 and move up to division 1 next season.”

The first game of the day on Saturday will be in juniors at 8am.
