ROAD CLOSURES: Heavy rain causes flash flooding
A NUMBER of roads across the region have been affected by flooding after heavy rain:
- The Cunningham Highway from Karara and Warwick has been closed in both directions due to flooding.
- Warwick-Killarney Rd from Warwick to Killarney has been closed in both directions
- Cunningham Highway and Freestone Rd from Clintonvale to Glengallan has been closed in both directions but no delays are expected.
- Dalrymple Creed Rd from Allora to Talgai has been closed in both directions.
- New England Highway from the Eight mile intersection has been closed in both directions, with all lanes affected
Motorists are urged to drive to the conditions and should not attempt to drive through floodwaters.
Road conditions can change quickly, so exercise caution.
