Rose City development positive for Palmerin St: Chamber

THE more product you have on offer, the more demand you will generate.
It’s a simple equation and one that Warwick’s Chamber of Commerce president believes will apply to the Rose City Shoppingworld development.
Lewis von Stieglitz said the development would benefit the whole of Palmerin St.
“It’ll definitely be more of a positive than a negative,” he said.
“As soon as it’s up and running there will be an immediate boost.
“People will want to come and have a look.”
The Chamber president doesn’t believe retailers in the main street will struggle.
“The product in the shopping centre is different to the main street,” he said.
“People should definitely have the confidence to go out and buy local.”
