ROSE CITY: State of the art Coles to open up Fitzroy Mall
ROSE City Shoppingworld's fresh food precinct is taking giant steps closer to completion as tenants for the remaining stores are locked in.
A new bakery with a Vietnamese influence, Bread Factory, is currently being shopfitted and Rose City Shoppingworld marketing manager Louise de Lissa said a health food shop would be confirmed any day now.
"There will be two eateries in the precinct,” she said.
"A restaurant, which will face out onto Fitzroy St, offering customers a rare alfresco dining experience in Warwick as well as a cafe inside.”
This mall will be opened in sections as works are completed and stores open.
The underground carpark, lifts and travelators are due to be completed shortly and will open before Coles, which is on track to open within months.
