School fete sure to be spectacular

THERE is only one more sleep until the Warwick West Spring Spectacular and organisers have promised an action-packed extravaganza.

With warm sunny weather predicted Warwick West State School P&C president Kerri Walters said it would be the perfect way to spend the afternoon.

With fast-spinning rides, a jumping castle, giant slides, raffles, showbags and plenty of food stalls, visitors to the fete will not be left wanting.

Mrs Walters said the talent quest and lip-syncing competitions would be a great source of entertainment.

"At this point we have 12 groups lined up for the lip-synching and we have about 12 lined up for the talent quest as well," she said.

The fun will start at 2.30pm tomorrow and continue through to 8.30pm.
