Seasonal Feast Markets back this weekend
AFTER a successful debut event last month, Warwick’s Seasonal Feast Market is shaping up to be full of regional, seasonal flavour for June.
This Saturday’s market will see several new stallholders joining the line-up in the Warwick Art Gallery and Visitor Information Centre garden courtyard.
The Southern Downs community will come together to enjoy the sight of freshly picked produce, the sound of live music and the aroma of bacon on a barbecue.
“At our May market it was great to see so many shoppers came to take home local produce, but not before they bought a coffee and either a sweet treat or barbecue taster and sat down to enjoy the atmosphere with family and friends,” coordinator Amy Walker said.
“To be able to create an environment where this community can catch-up each month, to share and enjoy the produce of South East Queensland is just great.”
This month local family farm Kelvin Falls will be warming things up with 100% homemade bacon and egg burgers.
Breakfast won’t be complete without freshly made tea and coffee, thanks to Peck’s Mobile Coffee.
The late morning coffee will not be enjoyed alone as Baked By Liberty will have a truly delicious spread of cakes, biscuits and all things baked on offer.
Also attending will be Budgee Garlic & Herbs, Bunnyconnellen Olives & Oil and Garden Devine.
Crowd favourites the Zest Pastries sourdough and croissants will be back, but be sure to get in early to avoid a sell-out.
