See champ bronc rider in action

RODEO fans won’t have to travel far to see the reigning National Rodeo Association saddle ride champion, Warwick cowboy Mark Collins, in his signature event.

Collins is among the nominees for the St Mary’s Bull and Bronc Bonanza on Saturday, March 13.

If he claims victory, Collins will collect the prize money of $500 plus a proportion of nomination fees.

The NRA 2009 bull riding champion and top rookie bull rider, Kingaroy cowboy Casey Morris, has also nominated for his favourite event.

Rounding out the class field, the Queensland Rodeo Association pick-up team of Stuart Grayson and Darren Milburn will be on duty for the evening put on by Honky Tonk Promotions and St Mary’s P&F Association.

The rodeo will be held in the grounds of St Mary’s School upper campus from 5.30pm. Gates open 4pm.
