ATHLETICS: The Warwick Little Athletics Centre signed off on its 2017-2018 season with a fun day at Hamilton Oval on Sunday.

Each child received a trophy for a season which included numerous personal best performances.

The Karen Walters Memorial Trophy was presented to Isaac Thornton-Grimes.

Most improved were Zac Jenner and Madilynn Thornton-Grimes.

Overall encouragement awards were presented to Shakira Saunders and Mitchell Jenner.

Former national shot put medallist Jess O'Brien will be the centre manager for next season.
