Upward trend for store market at Warwick Sheep Sale

WARWICK Selling Agents yarded 2444 lambs and hoggets, and 316 sheep at the weekly sale today.

Top lambs account Shelley Family Trust of Warwick sold for $134

In a larger yarding of both sheep and lambs with a large number of store lambs available, the market was easier for butcher and trade lambs with the store market showing an upward trend.

McDougall and Sons auctioneer Dennis Bourke said the market was firm on last week's rates for both pigs and calves.
