Simeon on way to Switzerland for orienteering

ORIENTEERING: Simeon Burrill has been selected in the Australian team to compete in the World Junior Orienteering Championships in Switzerland this year.

Burrill competed in last year's world championships and rose to the occasion at the right time when he was third and fourth in the two main events at the last selection trials in the Flinders Ranges in South Australia.

He graduated from Warwick High last year and is currently working at Spano's Supa IGA Warwick but plans to go to university in years to come.

Burrill is a member of the Southern Downs club, the Bullecourt Boulder Bounders Orienteering Club.
