THE SISTER of a teenager who was murdered in Toowoomba is planning to question the Queensland Attorney General during a visit to the city's courthouse today.

Linda Mason has been campaigning for a second coronial inquest into the death of her sister Annette Mason.

Attorney-General Yvette D'Ath has announced she is opening the Toowoomba Courthouse today after renovations and Ms Mason plans to meet her on the steps of the building.

A letter from Ms D'Ath recently informed Ms Mason that the government would not hold a second inquest.

Ms Mason said she was disappointed Ms D'Ath did not meet with the family to discuss the matter.

"I'll be driving up to Toowoomba with my yellow shirt on to question her," Ms Mason said.
