Some cooler days ahead for rodeo weekend
THOSE who are rodeo bound this weekend - and let's face it, who isn't - will be pleased to know a slight cool change is on the cards.
Today is set to reach a maximum of 27 degrees, with the possibility of showers and a thunderstorm this afternoon.
Showers could deliver 5-10mm of rain and thunderstorms could see even more dropped on the Rose City.
The mercury should take another dip tomorrow, with temperatures not expected to be higher than 23.
Weatherzone meteorologist Mellissa MacKellar said tomorrow was also set to be very cloudy and there was a slight possibility of rain.
"There is a chance of storms any day between (today) and Tuesday because there is a trough with cooler air aloft," she said.
Monday is set to see temperatures up to 22 degrees.
