THE Warwick Show was a spectacular success again this year, with admission numbers through the roof on the Friday night and an enjoyable weekend all round.

Warwick Show and Rodeo Society treasurer Michelle Hannigan said she was thrilled with the weekend's proceedings and the support from the community.

"We've been really happy with entry numbers. Friday night was absolutely huge. It was so packed," Mrs Hannigan said

"The feedback was that it was an awesome night with a little bit for everyone.

"There were more people here than we ever expected and we're pleased everyone supported the show."

Friday night's entertainment included a monster truck demonstration, an incredible fireworks display and the ever-popular smash-up derby.

Showgirl Emma Pails said her weekend was fantastic.

"I hope everyone had a good weekend like I did and supported the Warwick Show and Rodeo Society because they have been so busy getting it all together," Miss Pails said.

She said she enjoyed her showgirl duties and felt she fulfilled her role successfully.
