Take the inside family out for community movie night
AS A mother of three, Warwick Telstra store manager Bianca Jenkin knows inside out what its like to try and find things for the kids to do.
The struggle has motivated her to hold a community movie night on Saturday.
The Telstra-sponsored movie night is a free event for people of all ages to enjoy.
Inside Out is the movie that will be screened on the night.
The animated Pixar film follows Riley (voiced by Amy Pohler) whose emotions come to life as she settles into a new city, house and school.
Mrs Jenkin said she thought it would be a cool idea to have an outdoor cinema experience in Warwick.
“I really wanted to give something back to the community,” she said.
“We’re teamed up with the soccer club, so we’re holding it down at the Warwick Wolves clubhouse at Queens Park.”
From 3pm on Saturday there will be free face-painting and jumping castles for families to enjoy.
Mrs Jenkin said free popcorn and fairy floss would be given out from 4pm onwards.
“You can buy food and drink on the night to support the Wolves,” she said.
“The movie starts at 6pm.
“Bring blankets, bean bags, pillows – anything that will be comfy and warm.”
There will be a competition on the night, with people’s names going into a draw to win a $250 Visa gift card.
