The skincare range designed specifically for Warwick faces
WHEN Jeanna Scarlett noticed the dramatic effect distinct seasons were having on Warwick skin, she made a bold decision.
With available skincare products not making an impact, Mrs Scarlett hit the drawing board to figure out what Warwick needs and decided to do it herself.
After speaking with her mentor in the Gold Coast, she jumped on the idea of creating her own range of skincare.
"I thought why not, I wanted something that was going to work for Warwick skin, so I may as well create it myself.” Mrs Scarlett said.
"The atmosphere in Warwick is drier and harsher on the skin, so we need a product to combat that.”
Three months of working with a compounding chemist and testing a range of products, Mrs Scarlett found the perfect fit.
Last week saw the launch of her very own skin care range, SDSLC Skincare.
The products are cosmecuetical-graded, organic and vegan friendly,” Mrs Scarlett said.
"You'll find most products have pure vitamin E and rosehip oils to help hydrate the skin,” she said.
The skin clinic will begin incorporating its products into its treatments.
There are currently five products available, however Mrs Scarlett said there were more on the way.
For clients to see the best results at home, Mrs Scarlett said to do a double cleanse, scrub twice a week, apply serum, then make sure to apply a moisturiser.
