Thieves ransack Locke St home, steal saddle

POLICE are appealing for information after a Warwick home was ransacked by thieves.

Between 8.30am on Saturday December 17 and 4.30pm Monday December 19, unknown person/s have entered an unattended Locke Street house.

They stole several iPads, a camera, a saddle and other miscellaneous items.

Officer-in-charge Senior Sergeant Craig Berry said anyone heading out of town these holidays should make sure they locked up properly before heading off.

"Residents are advised to take every precaution when securing their premises whilst unattended, especially if holidaying for an extended period of time over the Christmas New Year period," he said.
