Police find car with suspected link to hit and run
WEDNESDAY, 6.15PM: A Queensland Police spokesman said police located a vehicle they suspect was involved in a hit and run earlier this evening.
"We were notified at 6.03pm that the vehicle was located," the spokesman said.
"Police are still enquiring about the location of the driver."
"We were called about the crash initially at 4.46pm.
"The driver hit a give way sign, crashed into one vehicle then into a parked vehicle."
WEDNESDAY, 5.30PM: THE driver of a blue sedan has hit two vehicles in Kingaroy and driven off.
A Queensland Police Spokeswoman said the incident occurred on Wednesday at 5pm on the corner of Alford Street and First Avenue.
"It was reported to us that a car drove through a give way sign, hit two vehicles and then took off," the spokeswoman said.
"It was basically a hit and run."
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services Spokeswoman said one fire crew was on the scene, attending to a white vehicle.
Firefighters used hydraulic equipment to remove a person who was then treated by the Queensland Ambulance Service.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said two patients were being treated on the scene and they were in a stable condition.
