Tialeigh Palmer's foster brother to face court

SLAIN schoolgirl Tialeigh Palmer's foster brother will face court next month, charged with incest, perjury and attempting to pervert the course of justice over the 12-year-old's murder.

Trent Thorburn did not appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court when the case came up for mention on Tuesday.

The case is adjourned until December 21.
