Tiffany Barnes impresses in new role
TIFFANY Barnes has an infectious smile and a bright, positive attitude.
She's the type of woman who would be an attribute to any business, but due to personal reasons she struggled to find employment.
When Tiffany felt she had nowhere else to turn, BEST Employment helped her find a job.
BEST Employment placed Tiffany at John Dee Warwick and since then she hasn't looked back.
"I'm really proud of myself," Tiffany said.
"I'm always learning new skills."
John Dee HR manager Pauline Stewart said Tiffany was a success case.
"She had worked with us years ago and recently came back," she said.
"We started her out on the mother shift - not just for mothers, but essentially it's a few days a week from 9.15am-2.45pm.
"Tiff has only got stronger and better at what she does."
John Dee employs more than 600 staff across a whole range of positions such as processing, packaging, sales and marketing, and administration.
More than 100,000 cattle are processed through the John Dee plant each year, with meat being exported to Russia, Europe, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United States and the Middle East.
John Dee also services the Australian domestic market with trucks heading to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth each week.
Congratulations John Dee Warwick, you're this month's employer champion.
