Time to think about 1500m race
TODAY we turn our attention to the final race (race 5) of the Daily News Pentath-run - The Voyage Fitness 1500m.
This is a fast conclusion to the weekend of running, or a chance to get a good time if you have not competed in all races.
It has an easy starting point for all beginners or non-running partners.
The race starts and finishes at Leslie Park, each road will be well marshalled to avoid any confusion, and as you almost reach the Catholic Church you'll be marshalled around to run back to the glorious, well deserved finish line.
Voyage Fitness this year has not only sponsored this run but they has donated a lot of water bottles for some of the races, which is extremely generous.
Jaron Cumerford is the man behind the scenes.
He runs this race, as he does every year, and this year will dress up as a super hero.
So get your children involved and you may also get a chance of a great photo?
This race will have two starts, the first will be for the runners looking to finish all of the five races or chasing a PB.
The second start will be for the family and children to run or walk.
