A LITTLE girl has been flown to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in Brisbane after she reportedly fell into a campfire at The Glen.

An RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter critical care doctor and LifeFlight Queensland Ambulance Service paramedic have treated the toddler for burn injuries, which affected 10 per cent of her body.

The Toowoomba-based aeromedical crew flew to the recreational area south of Warwick where the incident happened, just after 10.30am today.

The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue team worked with ambulance crew members who had responded by road.

The small child and her mother were then airlifted to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital, where she is receiving further treatment.
