LOCATED between Warwick and Toowoomba, the smaller rural township of Allora continues to perform well. REIQ research shows weekly rental returns in the area of $250. Allora, a town steeped in history, is well known for its rural properties that have modern homes well positioned on them as well as an interesting residential mix.
