Torres the tormentor at the Bridge

ENGLAND goalkeeper Joe Hart and his Manchester City teammate Matija Nastasic combined to gift Chelsea a 2-1 Premier League victory at Stamford Bridge yesterday.

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres scored a last-minute winner for the Blues after Nastasic's intended header back to Hart went astray, allowing Torres to pounce and fire the ball into an empty net.

Torres also played a major part in opening the scoring in the first half after he set up Andre Schurrle for his first goal since his $A30 million move from Bayer Leverkusen in the off-season.

Sergio Aguero equalised for City just after half-time before Torres struck to send Chelsea back to second, level on 20 points with Liverpool, two behind leaders Arsenal.

Elsewhere, Roberto Soldado's 80th-minute penalty secured fourth-placed Spurs a 1-0 home win against Hull, while Sunderland moved off the foot of the table after substitute Fabio Borini scored a late winner in the 2-1 derby victory over Newcastle.

Swansea and West Ham shared the points with a 0-0 draw in Wales during which Hammers striker Ricardo Vaz Te dislocated a shoulder.
