Touch comp on at Scots PGC fields in Term 4

TOUCH: More than 150 players are involved in the junior touch competition as part of The Scots PGC College Give-It-A-Go (GIG) program.

Scots PGC director of co-curricular Damien Cahill said the college invited juniors from the whole of the Southern Downs to its GIG sports program.

"We worked with the Warwick Netball Association to have netball in term 1, organised rugby union in term 2 in collaboration with the Water Rats and worked with the Warwick Hockey Association for our term 3 GIG sport,” he said.

The term 4 touch competition is held in under-6, U8, U10, U12 and U14 age groups and games are played each Friday on Briggs and Dunning Ovals.

More players welcome at the clubhouse at Briggs Oval from 3.30pm Friday.

Games played at 4pm and 4.45pm.
