Tough times deal final blow to Oh So Natural
AS THE hipster movement sweeps its way through the world, more and more people are opting for soy milk, vegan meals and organic produce.
Just not enough to keep Oh So Natural open.
The organic cafe and grocer on Fitzroy St has closed its doors for the final time.
Owner Rhonda McCarthy said economic times meant she needed to sell and move on.
"At the time, it was right for me to do the organic ordeal, and now I have done it and I'm ready to move on," Ms McCarthy said.
While she was a little disappointed to close the shop, she was excited for what would be next.
"I'm looking forward to my next move," Ms McCarthy said.
"I have met some great people and lovely loyal customers."
Ms McCarthy said the shop was up for sale, and she was in negotiations with a few potential buyers.
"I hope whoever the new owners are, they keep this type of business running," she said.
"Warwick needs this kind of store."
Ms McCarthy is still selling leftover stock and some appliances. If you'd like to get your hands on something, phone her on 0427 098 329.
