Trivia night prizes music to the ears

FOR State of Origin fans, or those who love the sound of opera, there is something for everyone at the St Patrick's Rattle of the Brains trivia night.

St Patrick's Parents and Friends Associations representative Kylie Brasch said it would be a great night out with plenty of prizes, giveaways, pizza and more.

“With some of the prizes donated being so substantial we have decided to hold an auction on the night,” Mrs Brasch said.

The items up for grabs include Heritage Seeds, Hycorn 727 elite corn seed, swag, Ten Tenors tickets and a framed print of the original oil painting, Captains of Origin, by Australian artist Jamie Cooper.

“We at St Patrick's School Allora are always humbled by the wonderful generosity of our local and regional sponsors,” Mrs Brash said.

The 12 captains included in the print are Beetson, Lewis, Vautin, Meninga, Gillmeister, Lam, Langer, Walters, Tallis, Webcke, Lockyer and Smith.

Come along to the auction or call St Patrick's School on 4666 3551 to nominate a team of eight or less for $10 a person from 6.30pm tonight.
