Tropical dessert
WOW your barbecue with this simple yet delicious tropical dessert.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice cooked
- 1 x lge tin golden circle fruit salad (the one where the fruit is chopped finely NOT the chunky one)
- 1 x 600 ml cream whipped
- 1 x 250 gm pkt marshmallows cut in half but keep a few for decorating
Method:
- Mix together in a large bowl and decorate top with marshmallows.
- Great when entertaining large numbers at a BBQ.
