Two fire units called to blaze in town

TWO units from the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service at Goondiwindi responded to a 000 call about a stove fire in the town at 3.55pm Saturday.

The fire was in a house in Willow St.

The word came through that the fire was out but the QFES units continued to the scene to make sure everything was safe.

They also ventilated the house on arrival.
