Two players net six in Warwick Hockey Association
HOCKEY: Taylah Eastwell and Jamie Ollerton each scored six goals in Warwick Hockey Association fixtures last week.
Eastwell netted her six in a Green 13-1 win against Blue in the mixed reserve competition.
Ollerton scored six in the Corinthians 16-1 men's win against Harlequins and experienced striker Chris Malone hit three goals.
Queensland masters player and former state underage player Matt Hagenbach scored two goals for Corinthians.
Corinthians were the club of the week after Hayley Schnitzerling netted five in an 11-0 win against Harlequins in the ladies competition.
The closest game of the week was the 4-3 Wyverns win against Saints in ladies. The two multiple scorers in this game were Danielle Cook (Wyverns) and Tiarna King (Saints) who each scored two goals.
The Warwick Hockey Association has now resumed its season after taking time off in junior and senior fixtures for the school holidays. The same two clubs meet in men's and ladies' fixtures each week.
