Cattle injured after major truck accident

BREAKING: Emergency services are on the scene of a horror accident involving a cattle road train west of Warwick.

Initial reports are that at least one trailer has rolled on the Karara-Leyburn Rd, with many injured cattle in the process of being destroyed.

It is understood that the driver, employed by a Taroom-based company, is unhurt.

Volunteers are moving to the scene to assist with removing trapped cattle from trailers.

The rollover happened around 2.15pm.
