Visitor to town set to return for court appearance

A DRIVER from Goondiwindi will face Warwick Magistrates Court after recording an illegal blood alcohol reading early Sunday.

The 23-year-old man was pulled over by Warwick police at 12.30am Sunday on the corner of Guy and Albert sts, Warwick.

The man failed a roadside blood alcohol test and then registered a low range illegal reading of .091 at the police station.

He was given a notice to appear in Warwick Magistrates Court on July 1.
