Volunteers put in big effort for rodeo festival
THUMBS UP/THUMBS DOWN. Okay folks, it's time to share your thumbs up/thumbs down. If you want to give a shout out to something good, give it a thumbs up and something not so good, a thumbs down. We'll go first. Thumbs up to all the firefighters. Okay your turn.
Thumbs up and congratulations to the Royal Hotel in Leyburn for the celebration of their 150th anniversary - the oldest continually licensed hotel in Queensland!
Thumbs up to the large host of volunteers involved in this year's Rose and Rodeo Festival. Their dedication and passion is an absolute credit to them and the various organisations they represent.
Neil Meiklejohn
Thumbs down to Warwick McDonald's frozen drinks machine!

Thumbs down to the lowlifes that break into house and take what they can. We earn a living you go out and earn one they know who you are it's a matter of, time you will be caught... Heard today they stole from charity how low can you go......
Liz Johnson
Thumbs down to people with NO manners not that hard to say thanks!!
Franky Horton
Thumbs down to council staff who don't follow the council guidelines because they "don't have time" and are "very busy. You and you're looking after the boys club will come to an end very quickly.
Susan Bale
Thumbs up to the lovely rodeo queens and princesses who visited us at Allora State School today. What a delightful group of young ladies you are and what great ambassadors you make for the Warwick Rodeo.
Debbie Groombridge
Thumbs down to traffic lights on corner of Percy and Wood. Waited about 5 minutes at nearly 9pm the other night an then when they finally changed was lucky to get around the corner because they change so quickly.
Charmaine Dawes
Thumbs up to the lovely lady who stopped and helped my son a few weeks ago after he fell off his scooter near the under pass. Thank you so much. Thumbs down to the douche bag that started a fight which saw an older man hit the deck. You're an idiot and the Warwick doesn't want people like you around. Every week you're loud and rude
Maddie McCluskey
Thumbs down to the drongos who destroy property around town. Council has been very helpful in putting up temporary fencing in Australiana Park to keep people at a distance from houses in Furness Cres and I woke this morning to see most of this fencing ripped down.

Thumbs down to the people who park in Rose City in the "Parents with Prams" spaces who clearly do NOT have prams. My twins' pram does not fit between cars or safely at the end of my station wagon to load & unload my babies.
I have watched too many people lately who have school aged children use these space (or NO children). I have to drive round & round to find a safe place to get my pram out. Stop being so selfish (& lazy). These spaces are wider & longer for a reason NOT just close for convenience.
