Wallet stolen in broad daylight in Warwick

WARWICK police said a man's wallet was stolen from his vehicle about 10.30am yesterday.

The man's mother-in-law saw someone take off from the vehicle.

Police said they believe the offender reached through the car window which may have been down.

Officer in charge Jamie Deacon said it is a timely reminder for people to keep their homes and cars locked at all times, and not to leave valuables in plain view.
