Wandering pigs keep police busy, motorists amused

IT was an interesting start to the morning for motorists traveling on the Yeppoon-Rockhampton Rd today, with police and pigs causing a bit of a scene.

A police car and several officers had pulled up to the side of the road, where the officers could be seen attempting to herd a group of pigs away from the road.

The pigs appeared to be domestic.

Traffic had slowed in the area to avoid colliding with any pigs.
