
Warren’s work just like family
AFTER 15 years in the business Elders Insurance Warwick owner Warren Webster wasn't too shocked that Elders received the customer service award for business insurer of the year.
"Elders has always worked on a face-to-face approach," he said.
"Customer service is the number one priority for us and it shows."
A Warwick resident for nearly 30 years, Mr Webster said his job as an insurance agent was exciting because of the customer service opportunities.
"I am happy to pick up the phone or visit someone face-to-face," he said.
"Getting in the car to visit someone is one of my favourite parts of the job.
"When I started here I had just finished 11 years with Australia Post and was looking for a change. Insurance has been it since then because you know you're helping people."
With the service of Elders Warwick reaching as far south as Tasmania and as far north as Cairns, Mr Webster believes creating a family atmosphere for the client is key.
"People grow up with Elders Warwick and keep us on when then move away, we have people from all over because we are a local business that is always in touch," he said.
