Warwick Aikido Club open to participants of all ages

AIKIDO: Warwick Aikido Club is affiliated with Aiki Kai Australia (www.aikido. org.au) and has been active in the Warwick area since 1990.

The club has four senior black belt instructors, each of whom has more than 25 years experience.

Aikido offers something for everybody, from 6-60 years and beyond.

The outstanding nature of aikido is the ability to control an aggressor without resorting to upper body strength.

This comes about through the practice of whole body movement combined with blending and harmonising with the movement and aggression of an attacker.

People of all ages and skill levels study aikido, each being allowed to progress and develop at their own pace.

It is a modern Japanese Budo that offers a lifetime of challenges, enjoyment and fitness.

The club, for adults and children, is accepting new members. Members get together at the club training facility at 289 East St.

Call Ross or Kathy for more details on 0438175479.
