A MAN caring for his elderly grandmother has lost his licence for drink driving.
Harley Grant James Brown was pulled over by on Rosehill Rd early New Years Day, and recorded a 0.084 BAC.
Police also discovered the 25-year-old was unlicensed, nor had ever held a licence.
"I was just stupid," Grant said as he fronted Warwick Magistrates Court yesterday.
Magistrate Robert Walker agreed, fining the Warwick man $800 and disqualifying him from obtaining a licence for seven months.
"You were presenting as a serious risk to road users," Mr Walker said.
