Warwick High School in first place

WARWICK High School student Libby Brown broke the only record at the Allora Five-Way Athletics Carnival last week at the Allora State School oval.

The annual carnival is for students in Years 8-10 and is always held at Allora.

Brown set a new record in the 13 years girls discus at 24.84 metres, breaking the previous record set by Allora student Clare Kanowski at 23.63m in 2008.

In the battle for school supremacy, Warwick State High School won from Assumption College with Allora State School third.
