Warwick hosts Toowoomba in junior cricket games
WARWICK will play Toowoomba in two games of junior cricket at Queens Park on Sunday.
Last Sunday, it was one win from two games for Warwick teams at Queens Park.
Any win against Lockyer in any grade is a bonus, one only has to drive around the Lockyer Valley and see some of the cricket fields to realise the strength of the sport in the valley.
The performance of the winning Warwick under-12 side was across the board, with plenty of runs and wickets from a number of players.
It is two wins from two U12 games this season and on Sunday they face a tough game against Toowoomba at Queens Park.
The U14s lost to Lockyer last Sunday and will play Toowoomba on the same turf wicket at Queens Park where they play club fixtures which could be a slight advantage.
