Warwick Little Athletics to hold fund-raising day
ATHLETICS: The Warwick Little Athletics Centre will hold a fundraising walkathon today at its final centre day for the year.
Fundraising co-ordinator Robyn Jurgensen said the centre was hoping for support from businesses and individuals for the walkathon.
"The money raised from the walkathon will help the centre cover costs like a recent coaching course for eight parents which was held in Warwick,” Jurgensen said.
"There will be fun games and give-aways on Sunday on our final day for the year.”
The Warwick Little Athletics Centre will start activities at 3pm today at Hamilton Oval with the walkathon. Santa will visit at 4pm.
