Warwick man facing assault charges

A WARWICK man was arrested on Saturday and faces numerous charges in relation to two separate incidents.

Warwick police said the man was involved in an alleged assault on Grafton St on December 2 as well as an alleged burglary on Saturday.

Officer-in-charge Jamie Deacon said the 21-year-old is alleged to have forced a timber door open before taking a Playstation and gaming equipment.

The victim then located the goods at EB Games and reported the find to the police.
