Residents keep brollies ready
THE skies took on a dark shade of grey yesterday and it looks to be sticking around for the week.
Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Gavin Holcombe said we shouldn't put those brollies away just yet.
"We're looking at showers and storms (this afternoon), and showers but pretty close to fine on Thursday," Mr Holcombe said.
"We will see the storms return on Friday and probably Saturday."
Yesterday only saw 1-3mm of rainfall as of 5pm, with a top of 33 degrees.
"Warwick didn't get very heavy rain falls (yesterday)," Mr Holcombe said.
Today is set to reach a maximum of 27 degrees, three below average.
